Shipping Update
*** IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION *** Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK (including the EU) may be subject to duties and taxes that are not included in the purchase price. For deliveries to the USA we are able to pay the dues on your behalf and you'll see a higher shipping cost as a result. On arrival in the USA there will be no additional fees. For other countries you maybe be contacted by your local customs agency in order to pay the fees. Shipping time estimates are shown on the shipping page. Note that these are estimates and in some cases things can take longer. You'll be sent a tracking link when your order ships. Description
Line-us is portable, and comes with a sturdy plastic carrying case. It is powered by a USB battery or power adapter (USB cable included). The Line-us drawing and sharing app is available for iPad, iPhone, Android tablet and phone, as well as Mac and PC. Line-us connects to your Wi-Fi (2.4GHz only) to communicate with the Line-us app. Includes free access to the Line-us Cloud to store and share your drawings (internet connection required). Line-us works with lots of different kinds of pens, pencils and brushes, up to a maximum diameter of 13mm. |

Shipping
*Line-us ships to 70 countries around the world from the UK. For a limited time shipping is free for most countries, except where courier shipping is the only option. If shipping to your country isn't available email us. Orders placed before 11am UK time Monday to Friday usually ship same day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon usually ship on the following Monday. Delivery time varies by country but an estimate of the shipping time will be shown when you select the shipping during checkout. For orders outside of the United Kingdom you may be liable for local import duties and taxes. |

Warranty
Line-us comes with a 12 month 'return to base' warranty covering manufacturing defects, subject to normal domestic use. If Line-us is used for business purposes the warranty is 3 months. For a warranty repair you will be responsible for the cost of returning Line-us to us in the UK, and we will cover the return cost. If you have any problems please drop us an email - even if your Line-us is out of the warranty period Line-us is repairable either by returning it to us in the UK or in some cases you can repair it yourself. |
